为了研究磷渣微粉对基质沥青改性后的性能影响,通过SHRP指标试验对0号和1号两种磷渣微粉的不同掺量沥青的高低温性能及高温老化性能进行了分析。试验结果表明:掺加磷渣微粉沥青的高温性能提高,低温性能稍有降低;掺磷渣微粉沥青的高温抗老化性能明显提高;粒径较细的1号磷渣微粉沥青的高低温性能、抗老化性能、中温抗疲劳性能均优于0号磷渣微粉沥青。建议在磷渣微粉沥青生产中,采用颗粒较细的1号磷渣粉,掺量在10%~12%范围内。
In order to study the influence of phosphorus slag powder on the properties of modified asphalt, the SHRP index test was used to analyze the high and low temperature properties and high temperature aging properties of different dosage asphalt of 0 and 1 phosphorus powder. The results show that the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture doped with phosphorus slag increases slightly and the low temperature performance slightly decreases. The high temperature aging resistance of asphalt mixture with phosphorus slag increases obviously. Anti-aging properties, anti-fatigue properties at mid-temperature are better than 0 phosphate slag powder asphalt. Proposed in the phosphorus slag powder asphalt production, the use of finer particles No. 1 phosphorus slag powder, the amount of 10% to 12% range.
