为了探讨我国自由式滑雪空中技巧国家队男子运动员在2015年夏季训练期间的训练负荷是否合理,及对其疲劳后恢复状况进行监控与评价。文章采用实验法,对运动员的血尿素、血红蛋白、血清肌酸激酶等生理生化指标进行生物学监控。从夏训过程中运动员生理生化指标的波动来看,大部分男运动员的身体机能状况良好,较好地适应日常训练强度以及训练量,但个别男运动员生理生化指标有大幅度波动或始终处于正常值上限以上的现象,在部分训练阶段出现不适应训练负荷的情况,经过跟踪测试并及时反馈,针对个别运动员的训练负荷进行相应地调整后,运动员的机能状况都保持良好状态,并没有过度疲劳的现象发生,逐渐地适应了训练负荷。
