笔者利用内部组织间的竞争优势关系图,证实了学习驱动的相关活动会对买家供应商表现成果产生影响;通过聚焦于影响供应链关系质量的关键活动,拓展了供应链中的质量概念。结果表明,质量管理活动有利于合作学习和提高组织间的学习过程。从供应链层面上说,质量管理活动提高了供应链满意度,提升了供应链的表现。此外,对买卖关系中的质量活动进行阐述,并针对供应链质量管理中一些活动进行了验证和介绍。
Based on the competitive advantage relationship among internal organizations, the author confirms that learning-driven activities will have an impact on the performance of buyer suppliers. By focusing on the key activities affecting the quality of supply chain relationships, the concept of quality in the supply chain is expanded. The results show that quality management activities are conducive to cooperative learning and to improve the learning process among organizations. At the supply chain level, quality management activities have increased supply chain satisfaction and improved supply chain performance. In addition, the quality activities in the relationship between buyers and sellers are described, and some activities in supply chain quality management are verified and introduced.
