随着我国工业的飞跃发展,有很多工厂需要采用板极电渣焊来拼焊大的铸锻件,如轧钢机机架,发动机曲轴,齿轮轴等。但在采用板极电渣焊焊接中碳钢时,普遍遇到的关键问题之一就是低碳合金板极不易得到。本实验的目的,即拟采用涂以含铁合金涂料的低碳钢板极进行电渣焊的方法来解决这一问题。中碳钢电渣焊的主要困难,是由于母材碳量高,引起焊缝金属抗结晶裂缝性能显著变坏。影响焊缝金属抗结晶裂缝性能的因素有三[1]:
With the rapid development of China’s industry, many factories need to use plate electrode electroslag welding to weld large castings and forgings, such as rolling mill frame, engine crankshaft, gear shaft and so on. However, in the use of plate electrode electroslag welding medium carbon steel, one of the key problems commonly encountered is the low carbon alloy plate is very difficult to get.
