目的:研究并建立隔山香药材薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:分别以异芹菜脑、芹菜脑醛为对照品,通过优化供试品溶液制备、展开剂、显色及检视等条件,建立隔山香药材挥发油和水溶性成分的薄层色谱鉴别方法。结果:隔山香药材的挥发油和水溶性成分在优化色谱条件下分离效果均好,斑点清晰。结论:所用方法专属性强,重复性好,可作为隔山香药材的定性鉴别方法。
Objective: To study and establish the method of TLC identification of Periwinkle herb. Methods: The aloe vera brain and celery aldehyde were used as reference materials respectively. The optimal conditions for the preparation of testis solution, developing solvent, color development and examination were established. The identification methods of volatile oil and water-soluble constituents were established. Results: The volatile oil and water-soluble constituents of Acorus gramineus were separated well under optimized chromatographic conditions and the spots were clear. Conclusion: The method used is specific and reproducible, and can be used as a qualitative identification method for every mountain herbs.
