目的:观察醒脑清眩胶囊的降压作用及其对眩晕的影响。方法:①测正常麻醉猫1次id和清醒SHR多次ig给药的降压作用;②以氯仿引起的眼球震颤的潜伏期和持续时间评定药对眩晕的影响;③测定药物对正常和痉挛状态下的脑基底动脉的作用。结果:①1次id醒脑清眩胶囊2.8g·kg-1明显降低猫血压;每天1次,连续14dig生药1.4,2.8,5.6g·kg-1使SHR的血压明显下降;②1次ig2.8,5.6g·kg-1,连续3次,使氯仿引起的眼球震颤的潜伏期延长14.4%和13.0%,眼球震颤的持续时间缩短33.3%和23.3%;③醒脑清眩胶囊明显舒张由KCl和5HT引起的狗脑基底动脉痉挛,测得其IC50分别为0.338(0.1~3.0mg·ml-1的抑制率在18.0%~97.3%)和0.475mg·ml-1(0.1~3.2mg·ml-1的抑制率在12.9%~93%)。结论:醒脑清眩胶囊有明显的降压和抗眩晕作用,这些作用与扩张脑血管,包括扩张基底动脉有关。
Objective: To observe the antihypertensive effect of Xingnaoqingxuan capsule and its effect on vertigo. Results: 11 times id Xingnao Qingxuan capsules 2.8g kg-1 significantly reduced cat blood pressure; once a day, continuous 14dig crude drug 1.4, 2.8, 5.6g kg-1 make SHR blood pressure decreased significantly ; 21 ig2.8, 5.6g·kg-1, 3 times in a row, the incubation period of nystagmus caused by chloroform was prolonged by 14.4% and 13.0%, the duration of nystagmus shortened by 33.3% and 23; .3%; 3 Xingnao Qingxuan Capsules markedly relaxes the basilar artery spasm induced by KCl and 5-HT in dogs, and its IC50 is 0.338 (inhibition rate of 0.1 to 3.0 mg·ml-1). In the range of 18.0% to 97.3%) and 0.475 mg·ml-1 (inhibition rate of 0.1 to 3.2 mg·ml-1 was 12.9% to 93%). Conclusion: Xingnao Qingxuan Capsule has obvious antihypertensive and anti-vertigo effects. These effects are related to the expansion of cerebral blood vessels, including the expansion of the basilar artery.
