选用在纺丝生产中产生的聚苯硫醚(PPS)废料与未经使用的聚苯硫醚树脂进行流变性能、热性能与加工性能的对比分析,探究聚苯硫醚废料二次利用的可能性。将聚苯硫醚废料进行熔融纺丝,对熔纺纤维进行力学性能与耐腐蚀性能进行测试。实验结果表明:聚苯硫醚废料具有良好的热性能,干燥后未使用的聚苯硫醚废料具有良好的纺丝加工性能,熔纺过程中产生的聚苯硫醚废料熔纺纤维不具备单独使用价值。
The comparative analysis of the rheological, thermal and processing properties of the polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) waste and the unused polyphenylene sulfide resin produced in the spinning production process was used to explore the secondary utilization of the polyphenylene sulfide waste possibility. The polyphenylene sulfide waste spinning, the melt-spun fiber mechanical properties and corrosion resistance were tested. The experimental results show that the polyphenylene sulfide waste material has good thermal properties. The unused polyphenylene sulfide waste material after drying has good spinning processability, and the polyphenylene sulfide waste melt-spun fiber produced in the melt spinning process does not have a single Use value.
