髋关节骨关节炎股骨头移位的解剖和生物物理学上影响其移位方向的因素尚不明。作者检查了22例此病患者,男21例,女1例,年龄53-76岁。每位病人均拍正侧位平片,并行髋关节和股骨髁层面的横断CT来计算股骨头前倾角。对平片冠状面上股骨头移位方向和前后位片颈干角和髋臼负重面角(WBS)做了测定。作者组内股骨头主要移位方向为前上和后内。股骨前倾角增大是发生骨关节炎的一个因素,有人提出,该角增大或减少使经髋关
Anatomy of the femoral head displacement of osteoarthritis of the hip and biophysical factors that influence the direction of its displacement are not known. The authors examined 22 patients with this disease, 21 males and 1 females, aged 53-76 years. In each patient, the anteroposterior plain radiographs were taken, and the transverse CT of the hip and femoral condyle was performed to calculate the femoral head anteversion. The direction of the femoral head displacement and the anteroposterior neck angle and acetabular load angle (WBS) on the coronal plane were measured. The main shift direction of the femoral head in the authors group is the upper front and the lower back.
