军队离退休干部安置管理,事关干部切身利益和军队建设全局。以科学发展观为指导,做好军队离退休干部的安置管理,要求我们必须与时俱进,改革现行管理体制中的不适应因素,实行社会化保障,为部队轻装减荷。一是实行自愿选择的松散型安置方式;二是建立统一的独立管理系统;三是采用社会化服务保障机制。
The management and management of retired cadres in the military are vital to the immediate interests of the cadres and the overall situation in army building. Guided by the scientific concept of development, doing well in the management of retired cadres in the armed forces requires that we must keep pace with the times, reform the unadapted factors in the existing management system, implement social guarantees and make light preparations for the troops. First, the implementation of the loose choice of voluntary resettlement mode; the second is to establish a unified independent management system; the third is to use social security services.
