目前,我国有许多地方开展冬泳运动。冬泳爱好者越来越多,长期坚持冬泳的人,身体状况不断改善,增强了对寒冷的耐受力。原来有某些慢性病的人,健康状况有明显地改善,这方面有些报道。我们测定了冬泳者的免疫状况,来探讨对人体健康的影响。 1 对象与方法 1987—02我们测定了佳木斯市23名冬泳爱好者的免疫指标。受检者已坚持一个冬季,多数人多年坚持冬泳。年龄30岁以下6人,31~50岁8人,50岁以上9人,其中1名女性,年龄为56岁。对照组21人,30岁以内5人,31~50岁10人,50岁以上6人。冬泳组既往有慢性病高血压(收缩压>21.33kPa,舒张压11.99~13.99kPa)
