徐州中央国际广场由2幢260m超高层塔楼和1幢高层商业裙房组成。结合项目特点,介绍了结构设计中的关键技术,包括结构体系的选取、塔楼抗震性能目标的确定、高层商业裙房的开大洞和超长处理、大跨悬挑梁和钢连廊的舒适度设计、阳光顶8根钢管相交节点有限元分析、超长预应力锚杆和承压型囊式扩体锚杆的运用。项目设计应用了目前大型城市综合体的一些新技术,满足了建筑功能合理、结构安全舒适和施工便捷的需求。
Xuzhou Central International Plaza consists of two 260m high-rise towers and a high-rise commercial podium. According to the characteristics of the project, the key technologies in the structural design are introduced, including the selection of structural system, the determination of the seismic performance of the tower, the design of the large commercial podium with large holes and long handling, the comfort design of the large-span cantilevered beam and the steel corridor, Sunshine top eight steel pipe intersection node finite element analysis, ultra-long prestressed anchor and pressure capsule type expansion anchor bolt application. The project design applied some new technologies of the current large-scale urban complex to meet the needs of reasonable building function, safe and comfortable structure and convenient construction.
