如何培养学生的思维素质,是教育由“应视教育”向素质教育转轨中急需解决的问题,要提高学生的思维素质,就必须树立教师为主导、学生为主体的教学观念。教师能真正成为课堂的教学组织者、指导者、帮助者、促进者。以数学教学为例,在课堂教学中,要让学生参与数学抽象过程,概念产生,发展、形成过程的讨论,尝试观察,实验、猜想、归纳、假设、检验等,改由教师讲思路为师生共同探索思路,教师启发引导,学生尝试探究,对错误思路不轻易否定,要在讨论中排除,讨论中肯定,并从中选择最佳方法,让学生在参与探索的过程中体会方法,尝试创新。几年来,我在培养学生思维能力的过程中注重了以下几点,收到了一定的成效:1、精心设问,学生积极思维:问题要有针对性,提问目的明确,答案是学生经过思考能 How to cultivate students ’thinking quality is an urgent problem to be solved in the transformation of education from “should be regarded as education” to quality education.
