Parasitic diseases remain the most serious diseases currently endangering human health. Due to advances in biochemical research, people are better able to understand the role of drugs and find effective ways of anti-parasite chemotherapy. Parasitic disease spread widely, there are about billions of people infected. Parasitic diseases can lead to malnutrition, weakness, blindness and deformity, and even death in patients. However, over the past 40 years, studies on chemotherapy for malaria, schistosomiasis, filariasis, trypanosomiasis, leishmaniasis, amoebiasis, trichomoniasis and giardiasis have been neglected. It is reported that the annual study of each schistosomiasis costs only 4.5 points and the research cost per malaria is only 2 points or less. This is perhaps the most serious of the lack of support for research on antiparasitic chemotherapy compared to $ 209 per case per year and $ 8 per case for cardiovascular patients
