重组自交系 (RIL)群体是遗传作图和QTL定位研究中常用的群体 ,构建过程中可能出现的异常偏分离会影响群体的使用。根据理论群体的分析 ,提出了用均等性、对称性和代表性 3类 χ2 检验评价试验群体 ;利用代表性测验的家系最大 χ2 值和家系异常偏分离率调整异常偏分离的群体 ;并且应用计算机模拟方法编制了确定群体代表性测验参数临界值的有关程序 (GenoSim) ;从而提出了重组自交系群体评价与调整的方法 ,称为模拟群体抽样标准法 (SPSC)。应用此方法 ,对大豆RIL群体NJRIKY进行了检测和调整。该群体由科丰 1号×南农 1138 2的 2 0 1个F2∶7∶9家系组成 ,经SPSC 3个测验后淘汰了 17个家系、5个标记 ,调整后的群体能通过 3个测验 ,且在构建遗传图谱中 ,改变了 19个标记及 2个连锁群的组成
Recombinant inbred lines (RIL) populations are commonly used in genetic mapping and QTL mapping studies. The possible abnormal segregation in the construction process may affect the use of the population. According to the analysis of theoretical groups, we proposed to evaluate the experimental groups with the 3 types of χ2 test: equality, symmetry and representative; the maximum χ2 value of the family test using the representative test and the abnormal partial segregation rate of the pedigrees; and using computer (GenoSim), which is used to determine the critical value of population representative test parameters, was proposed by simulation method. Thus, a method for population evaluation and adjustment of recombinant inbred lines was proposed, which was called as the Simulated Population Sampling Standard Method (SPSC). Using this method, the soybean RIL population NJRIKY was tested and adjusted. The population consisted of 210 F1: 7: 9 pedigrees of Kefeng 1 × Nannong 1138 2. Seven families and 5 markers were eliminated after 3 SPSS tests, and the adjusted population passed 3 tests , And in the construction of genetic map, changed the composition of 19 markers and 2 linkage groups
