建立了皮革中2-巯基苯并噻唑(MBT)含量的液相色谱(HPLC)测试方法。采用超声波辅助乙腈对样品进行萃取,重复萃取1次,萃取时间60min,萃取液经膜过滤后,采用带预净化柱的HPLC进行测试,检测波长λ=320nm,流动相为v(乙腈)/v(水)=70/30,等梯度洗脱。方法的检测限为10mg/kg,回收率在93%~103%之间,精密度在3%~9%之间。对20块皮革样品中MBT含量进行测试,样品检出率为30%,含量在37~137mg/kg之间。
A liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole (MBT) in leather was established. The samples were extracted with ultrasonic-assisted acetonitrile, extracted once and the extraction time was 60 min. The extracts were filtered through a membrane and tested by HPLC with prepurified column. The detection wavelength was λ = 320 nm and the mobile phase was v (acetonitrile) / v (Water) = 70/30, equi-gradient elution. The detection limit of the method was 10 mg / kg, the recovery was between 93% and 103%, and the precision was between 3% and 9%. MBT content of 20 leather samples were tested, the sample detection rate was 30%, the content of 37 ~ 137mg / kg.
