目的观察MRI检查患者应用人文关怀护理的应用效果。方法选取医院行MRI检查患者200例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采取人文关怀护理。观察比较2组患者对MRI检查的感受、不良反应情况及满意度评分。结果观察组出现不适感2.0%(2/100)、不良反应发生率为1.0%(1/100),均低于对照的19.0%(19/100)、11.0%(11/100),差异有统计意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。观察组满意度评分为(96.5±2.6)分,明显高于对照组的(80.5±4.4)分,差异有统计意义(P<0.01)。结论人文关怀护理应用于MRI检查中可有效减轻患者不良情绪,降低不良反应发生率,提升服务质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of applying humane nursing care to patients undergoing MRI examination. Methods Totally 200 cases of patients undergoing MRI examination in hospital were selected as research object and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 100 cases in each group. The control group to take routine care, the observation group on the basis of routine care to take humane care nursing. Observations and comparisons were made between two groups of patients on the MRI examination of feelings, adverse reactions and satisfaction scores. Results The incidence of discomfort was 2.0% (2/100) in the observation group and 1.0% (1/100) in the adverse reactions, which were all lower than 19.0% (19/100) and 11.0% (11/100) of the control group Statistical significance (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The satisfaction score of the observation group was (96.5 ± 2.6) points, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.5 ± 4.4) points, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The application of humane care nursing in MRI can effectively reduce the adverse emotions, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the quality of service, which is worthy of clinical application.
