报道了两类除草剂芳氧苯氧丙酸酯(APP)和环己二酮(CHD)的四种主要的除草作用机制。其中,ACC酶是它们公认的作用靶标;膜电位去极化是目前仍在争议中的作用机制;三酮类CHD能够抑制HPPD酶的活性;肟醚类CHD则可作为光电子传递抑制剂。文中还介绍了基于ACC酶设计的新抑制剂。
Four major herbicidal mechanisms of the two classes of herbicides, aryloxyphenoxy propionate (APP) and cyclohexanedione (CHD), were reported. Among them, ACC enzymes are their recognized target of action; membrane potential depolarization is still the controversial mechanism of action; triketone CHD can inhibit the activity of HPPD enzyme; oxime ether CHD can act as a photoelectron transfer inhibitor. The article also introduces new inhibitors based on the design of ACC enzymes.
