我校计算数学专业和机切专业师生,与武汉重型机床厂协作,承担了一机部关于“运用有限元方法计算重型立式车床横梁刚度”的计算任务。这是重型机床基础理论研究课题之一。计算数学专业应届毕业学员,在教师指导下,运用薄壁梁有限元方法,分别研制了一套DJS-18机和DJS-14机的通用程序,对5米立车横梁进行了计算,并对模型和6米立车横梁实物进行了大量的测试工作。计算曲线与测试曲线得到了很好的吻合,证明薄壁梁有限元方法对立车横梁一类构件是适用的,薄壁梁有限元方法通用程序是有效可行的。
My math math major and machine cutting professional teachers and students, and heavy machine tool plant in Wuhan collaboration, assumed a machine on the “use of finite element method to calculate the heavy vertical lathe beam stiffness,” the computing task. This is one of the basic theoretical research topics of heavy machine tools. Under the guidance of the instructor, a general program of DJS-18 and DJS-14 machines was developed by using finite element method of thin-walled beam under the guidance of teachers. The calculation of the 5-meter vertical beam was carried out. 6 meters vertical car beam in-kind carried out a large number of tests. The calculated curve is in good agreement with the test curve. It is proved that the thin-walled beam finite element method is suitable for a kind of component of vertical beam, and the general program of finite element method for thin-walled beam is effective and feasible.
