新课程的改革,教材的改变,对小学英语教师的教学提出了更深、更高的要求。如何使小学英语教师适应《新标准英语》教材,提高课堂授课水平呢?笔者通过近几年的学习与实践,获得了几点启示,也诱发了几点思考:启示一利用语言教学优势,创设师生情感“互动”的教学模式前苏联著名教育家苏霍姆林斯基认为:“情绪的力量往往构成教学过程中最微妙最有意义的因素”。现在的小学英语教师都是提前踏进课堂,忙着为上课设计板书,或抓紧时间和学生练口语,或唱几首英文歌曲来激发学生的学习兴
