观察国产普伐他丁对原发性高胆固醇血症患者（n=61）的调脂疗效，结果表明普伐他丁治疗8周可使血清总胆固醇（TC）水平及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDLc）分别下降24％和32％。降TC总有效率为85.2％，轻度降低甘油三酯，但对高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDLc)影响不明显。国产普伐他丁调脂疗效与日本产普伐他丁相似。
To observe the effect of domestic pravastatin on the lipid-lowering effect of patients with primary hypercholesterolemia (n = 61). The results showed that pravastatin treatment for 8 weeks can make serum total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol LDLc) decreased by 24% and 32% respectively. TC decreased total effective rate was 85.2%, slightly lower triglycerides, but the impact of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLc) was not obvious. Domestic pravastatin lipid-lowering effect and the Japanese pravastatin similar.
