按照临床静脉滴注药物配伍用量，观察了1～5种药物配伍后不溶性微粒的变化。结果发现，配伍药物数目与药液中不溶性微粒数呈正相关，特别是注射用冻干粉针致不溶性微粒增加更为显著。
In accordance with the clinical intravenous infusion of drug compatibility, observed 1 to 5 kinds of drug compatibility insoluble particles change. The results showed that the number of compatible drugs and the number of insoluble particles in the drug solution was positively correlated, especially the injection of lyophilized powder particles caused by insoluble particles more significant increase.
