转差是双轴发动机台架验收的参数之一,它表明该发动机的高压转子换算转速n2和涡轮前燃气换算温度T3的关系,并间接地反映了高低压转子的匹配关系。一个机种型别应有标准的转差线,用以确定具体的每台发动机的转差值。本文分析了多种可能的转差线的计算途径,并提出在实践中如何确定转差线的方法。
Slip is one of the parameters of biaxial engine bench acceptance. It shows the relationship between the high-pressure rotor conversion speed n2 and the turbine forward gas conversion temperature T3 of the engine, and indirectly reflects the matching relationship between high and low pressure rotors. A model should have a standard slip line to determine the specific value of each engine slip. This paper analyzes the calculation of a variety of possible slip lines, and proposes how to determine the slip line in practice.
