人体猪囊虫病在我省,特别是在农村发病率颇高,治疗药物,虽有槟榔、雷丸等,但效果未能肯定。我们观察用吡喹酮治疗猪囊虫的总有效率为100％,现报告如下。临床资料一般资料年龄1-10岁1例,11岁-20岁10例,21-30岁39例,31-40岁45例,41-50岁27例,50岁以上者18例,共140例。其中男性122例,女性18例,均系住院病人,病程最长者18年,最短者1年。临床分型皮肤肌肉型95例,脑囊虫型45例。病人均以皮下结节活体组织检查病理报告为依据。未行腰穿检查。定为脑囊虫的病人除有皮下结节活体组织检查结果为佐证外,均有癫痫发作史,在接受治疗前,在有关医疗单位就诊,有脑电图检查,脑脊液检查,免疫试验为依据,并排除了其它脑部疾病。25例病人有便绦虫史。治疗方法吡喹酮口服20mg/kg/日,体重超过60公斤者按
