目的探讨建立气相色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中正己烷、三氯乙烯和四氯乙烯的检测方法。方法二硫化碳解吸活性炭管中正己烷、三氯乙烯和四氯乙烯,填充柱分离,氢焰离子化检测器检测,峰面积定量。结果正己烷的线性范围为0.0μg/ml~628.0μg/ml,检出限为0.24μg/ml;三氯乙烯的线性范围为0.0μg/ml~620.8μg/ml,检出限为0.9μg/ml;四氯乙烯的线性范围为0.0μg/ml~608.8μg/ml,检出限为1.2μg/ml,r≥0.9999,平均相对偏差为-3.8%~4.6%;RSD为0.9%~3.3%。结论该方法效率高、成本低,有较高的实用价值。
Objective To establish a gas chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of n-hexane, trichlorethylene and tetrachlorethylene in the air of the workplace. Methods Carbon disulfide was used to desorb n-hexane, trichlorethylene and tetrachlorethylene in the activated carbon tube. The packed column was separated and detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector. The peak area was quantified. Results The linear range of n-hexane was 0.0μg / ml ~ 628.0μg / ml with the detection limit of 0.24μg / ml. The linear range of trichlorethylene was 0.0μg / ml ~ 620.8μg / ml with the detection limit of 0.9μg / ml; the linear range of tetrachlorethylene was 0.0μg / ml ~ 608.8μg / ml, the detection limit was 1.2μg / ml, r≥0.9999, the average relative deviation was -3.8% -4.6%; RSD was 0.9% -3.3% . Conclusion The method has high efficiency, low cost and high practical value.
