一、球形补偿机构简介热力管道膨胀补偿器有形补偿器、套筒补偿器、波纹管补偿器及球形补偿器四种。首钢设计研究院与有关单位协作,在首钢新二高炉蒸汽管道上采用了D_g300球形补偿器(以下简称球补)。经过5~6年的运行实践,证明球补具有密封性能良好、转动灵活、补偿能力大、流动阻力小、变形应力小、占据空间小、投资少、安装方便、使用寿命长等多方面优点,是一种新型的热力管道装置。首钢公司采用的球补,钢材消耗量为形补偿的1/5,投资为形补偿的1/3.本文介绍使用球形补偿器的热力管道设计的一些问题。
