在发次任务条件下稳态和瞬时可用度具有局限性,通过惯性约束聚变(ICF)激光装置任务可用度一般模型分析,提出完整的片放系统可用性评价方法。建立片放系统的多层可靠性框图,提出任意发次的威布尔型与指数型分布期望累积失效次数的相等关系,采用分层建模方法构建氙灯多种故障模式下的片放模块任务可用度模型以及冗余结构的片放系统任务可用度评价方法。利用实验数据,验证其有效性并得到国家点火装置(NIF)和神光(SG)装置片放系统任务可用度的稳定增长趋势,给出氙灯可靠性设计指标建议,为巨型ICF激光装置可靠性工程设计优化提供理论和方法依据。
The steady-state and instantaneous availability have the limitations under the condition of sending task, and a complete evaluation method of the availability of the chip-placement system is proposed through the general model of task availability of inertial confinement fusion (ICF) laser device. The multi-layer reliability block diagram of the system is established and the equal relationship between the number of cumulative failure and the expected number of Weibull-type distributed exponential distributions is proposed.
