Objective To establish a canine bifurcation saccular aneurysm model and study its formation. Methods The dogs were divided into three groups. The Elastase Ⅰ-type elastase was injected into the right common carotid artery and / or the right common carotid artery was ligated. The bifurcated cystic aneurysm model was established to study the formation of aneurysms. One The aneurysm model was reviewed during the month and pathologically examined. Results Pathology and angiography confirmed that the tumor formation rate of the right carotid artery was 100% after enzymatic treatment and ligation, and no aneurysm model was formed in the arterial segment without enzyme ligation without ligation. The structure of the elastic plate was destroyed within 1 month. The simple ligation of the arterial tumor formation rate was 42.8%. Conclusion Elastase induced bifurcation cystic aneurysm model of dogs with good reproducibility, stable model, hemodynamic changes is the main reason for the formation of aneurysms with good morphological and pathological features, is an ideal model of aneurysm.
