水泥混凝土路面防滑耐磨涂料的制备与性能研究

水泥混凝土路面在车辆载荷和轮胎作用下,防滑构造会很快磨损,出现起砂、露砂等现象,导致水泥混凝土路面的防滑性能下降,严重影响行车安全和服役寿命。本研究以丙烯酸树脂为基体,复合HDI三聚体固化组分、耐磨骨料、填料、稀释剂、助剂等组分制备了水泥混凝土路面防滑耐磨涂料。研究讨论了NCO/OH比率、催干剂、交联剂、填料对漆膜固化反应的影响,并通过红外光谱分析揭示了漆膜固化反应的过程和机理。研究发现该涂料具有防滑性和耐磨性好、强度高、硬度高和易于施工的特点,具有广泛的应用前景。 Cement concrete pavement under the action of vehicle load and tire, the non-slip structure will wear quickly, there is sand, sand and other phenomena, resulting in decreased slip resistance of concrete pavement, seriously affecting traffic safety and service life. In this study, the anti-skid and wear-resistant coatings of cement concrete pavement were prepared by using acrylic resin as matrix, curing compound of HDI trimer, wear-resistant aggregate, filler, diluent and additives. The effects of NCO / OH ratio, driers, cross-linking agents and fillers on the curing reaction were discussed. The process and mechanism of the curing reaction were revealed by infrared spectroscopy. The study found that the coating has the characteristics of good skid resistance and abrasion resistance, high strength, high hardness and easy construction, with a wide range of applications.
