虽然各种组织的性质不同,组织中的各个层次和各个部门的任务和职能各异,由此决定计划的类型和性质也有所不同,但制订计划的基本程序和原则大致相同,方法也基本一样。班组制订计划的程序和其他组织制订计划的程序基本一致。班组制订计划的程序是,认识机会,确立目标,确立前提条件,收集可选方案,评价可选方案,确定方案,拟订派生计划,编制预算。具体地讲,班组长制订班组作业计划应遵循如下步骤:
