本文用美国Greulieh-pyle的标准图谱(简称G-P法)和北京医院放射科主任李果珍教授的骨龄百分记数法(简称李氏法)同时评定了天津市7—15岁1072名男女青少儿的骨龄。并用统计学方法分别比较了各年龄组男女青少儿生活年龄与G—P法和李氏法的骨龄差及t检验。依据这些结果作者对原李氏法中评定女子骨龄的指标进行了修改即去掉腕骨称为“改李氏法”。从而使李氏法较适合我国青少儿的骨发育实际。在尚无全国统一标准的情况下,取代G—P法。
In this paper, the standard of Greulieh-pyle in the United States (referred to GP method) and the Beijing Hospital Radiological Professor Li Guoying percentage of bone age percentage method (referred to as Lee’s method) at the same time assess the Tianjin city 7-15 years old 1072 young men and women Bone age.
