讨论了英国电力市场运行备用定价方法的合理性及其不足。建议我国运行备用市场采用在日前发电主市场定价基础上同时定价的联营模式 ,即日前定价、当日服从调度、事后按既定价格如实结算。由于运行备用市场以容量效益为主 ,因此很适合采用当量电价方法 ;又由于系统面对随机发生的事故 ,运行备用化解了市场风险 ,因此又有必要引入概率学的可靠性和随机生产模拟技术。从这两点出发 ,发展了运行备用辅助服务的概率学实用当量电价法。最后给出了算例
Discusses the rationality and shortcomings of the alternative pricing method in the UK electricity market. It is suggested that China should run the reserve market by adopting the joint venture pricing model that pricing at the same time on the basis of the current generation price of the main power generation market, that is, the pricing of the day before and subject to the schedule of the day and the settlement according to the established price afterwards. Due to the capacity and efficiency of the operation of the reserve market, it is suitable for the equivalent electricity price method; and because the system is faced with a random accident, running the backup to resolve the market risk, it is necessary to introduce the reliability of probability and stochastic production simulation technology . From these two points, we developed the Probabilistic Practical Equivalent Electricity Price Method for running backup auxiliary services. Finally, an example is given
