目的:调查了解边防某部官兵的口腔健康状况,并进行问卷调查分析,为制定口腔医疗保健措施提供参考依据。方法:选择西藏边防某部官兵447例,根据军队现役人员口腔健康相关标准进行口腔健康检查和现场问卷调查。检查项目包括龋病、牙周健康、第三磨牙及义齿佩戴情况等,总结相应口腔医疗需要情况。问卷调查内容包括口腔卫生行为、口腔医疗保健服务现状、口腔保健服务需求,以及对口腔疾病防治要求等。结果:(1)本组447例中,患龋率30.2%,龋均0.58。下颌前牙牙周健康率最低,为55.7%;牙石检出率最高,为38.9%;两侧后牙牙龈出血检出率高于前牙。上颌第三磨牙未萌出者和正常萌出者比例较高,分别占49.0%和46.0%;下颌第三磨牙阻生者比例较高,占25.3%。义齿佩戴及需要佩戴者比例较低。大多数官兵均需要口腔医疗,占74.5%。(2)问卷调查显示,官兵刷牙主要原因以清爽、舒适者居多,占44.3%;刷牙次数以每天早晚各1次者居多,占50.3%。入伍后从未看过牙者居多,占67.1%;牙病发生后就诊医疗单位以团卫生队居多;牙病不治疗原因主要是无口腔科医师、工作和训练太忙及认为自己未患有口腔疾病。因牙病影响训练日者占20.1%。因牙病就医的医疗单位至营房距离均在50km以上。认为自己需要口腔卫生指导、口腔检查和口腔治疗者分别占84.6%、87.2%和75.8%。对口腔疾病防治要求,主要为常见口腔疾病能就近得到治疗、经常开展口腔健康宣教和保健知识讲座等。结论:西藏边防某部官兵口腔健康状况有待提高,口腔医疗服务现状不足以满足官兵需求,口腔疾病防治工作有待加强。
Objective: To investigate the oral health status of officers and soldiers in a certain border area and to conduct a questionnaire survey to provide reference for formulating oral health care measures. Methods: A total of 447 officers and soldiers of a certain unit in the border area of Tibet were selected. Oral health examination and field survey were conducted according to the standards of oral health of military personnel in active service. Check items include dental caries, periodontal health, the third molar and denture wear, etc., to summarize the corresponding needs of dental care. The questionnaire survey included oral health behaviors, the current status of dental health services, oral health care services, and the prevention and treatment of oral diseases. Results: (1) Among the 447 cases in this group, caries prevalence was 30.2% and caries was 0.58. The periodontal health rate of mandibular anterior teeth was the lowest, 55.7%; the highest rate of calculus was 38.9%; the detection rate of gingival bleeding on both sides of posterior teeth was higher than that of anterior teeth. The proportion of non-eruptions in the maxillary third molars was higher than that in normal eruptions, accounting for 49.0% and 46.0% respectively. The proportion of impacted third molars was 25.3%. Denture wear and need to wear a lower proportion. Most officers and men need dental care, accounting for 74.5%. (2) According to the questionnaire survey, the main reasons for brushing teeth of officers and men were mostly fresh and comfortable, accounting for 44.3%; the number of brushing times was mostly 1 times a day, morning and evening, accounting for 50.3%. The number of dental workers who have never seen a dentist has reached 67.1% since the army was enrolled. The number of medical units in a dental unit after the dental accident is mostly a group health team. The main cause of dental non-treatment is none stomatologists. They are too busy with work and training and think they are not suffering from Oral disease. Due to dental effects training day accounted for 20.1%. Due to dental treatment medical units to the barracks are more than 50km. 84.6%, 87.2% and 75.8% of those who think they need oral hygiene guidance, oral examination and oral treatment, respectively. Dental disease prevention and control requirements, mainly for the common oral diseases can be treated nearby, often carry out oral health education and health knowledge lectures. Conclusion: The oral health status of officers and soldiers in a certain border area of Tibet needs to be improved. The current status of oral medical services is not enough to meet the needs of officers and soldiers. The prevention and treatment of oral diseases need to be strengthened.
