常规的有性杂交育种仍然是当前柑桔品种改良的主要途径之一,但珠心胚的干扰给柑桔有性杂交育种带来重重困难。为了在早期鉴别杂种苗与珠心苗,育种工作者使用多种方法,包括利用嫩梢提取液的褐变、叶片中的类黄酮类物质、叶片栅栏组织厚度以及同工酶分析。在这些方法中,有的使用范围狭窄,受环境条件影响较大;有的要求较高的分析条件,难以普遍应用。因此寻找一种简便、有效的方法鉴别杂种苗与珠心苗,在育种实践上有很大意义。本文介绍一种鉴别柑桔杂种苗与珠心苗的新指标。
Conventional sexual crossbreeding is still one of the main ways to improve citrus varieties at present. However, the interference of bead kernels brings many difficulties to the sexual cross breeding of citrus. In order to identify hybrid seedlings and seedlings at an early stage, breeders use a variety of methods, including browning of young shoot extracts, flavonoids in leaves, palisade tissue thickness, and isozyme analysis. Among these methods, some are used in a narrow range and are greatly affected by environmental conditions; others require higher analytical conditions and are difficult to be universally applied. Therefore, looking for a simple and effective method to identify hybrid seedlings and Pearl seedlings in breeding practice is of great significance. This article describes a new identification of citrus hybrid seedlings and seedlings of Mabuchi.
