房地产业作为一个独立的产业部门,在我国仅发展了短短的十几年的时间。而发达国家的房地产业在经过上百年的发展后,早已成为成熟的产业,其不仅在拉动经济增长、推动产业结构优化升级方面起到了积极的作用,而且具有稳定增长吸纳就业的能力。在我国推进房地产业供给侧改革的进程中,可以借鉴发达国家先进的经验,明确市场与政府在资源配置中的角色定位,适时调整房地产市场供给侧结构,深入推进财税体制改革与户籍制度改革,同时加快城镇化发展以促进我国房地产市场平稳健康发展。

In the process of promoting supply-side reform of real estate industry in our country, we can draw on the advanced experience of developed countries, clarify the role of market and government in the allocation of resources, timely adjust the supply-side structure of real estate market, further promote the reform of fiscal and taxation system and household registration system, At the same time, accelerating the development of urbanization to promote the steady and healthy development of China’s real estate market.
