为了评估北方农牧交错区奶牛舍的空气环境质量,试验对内蒙古西部农牧交错区大型双坡式奶牛舍内外夏冬两季空气环境质量进行监测与评价。结果表明:夏冬两季舍内NH3含量及微生物数量均显著高于舍外(P<0.05),冬季舍内CO2含量显著高于舍外(P<0.05),但均未超过卫生学标准,其他各项空气环境指标也符合卫生学标准。说明该种奶牛舍夏冬季节空气环境可满足奶牛生产需要,夏季时可加强粪便清理工作,以减少微生物和NH3产生。
In order to evaluate the air quality of the cowshed in the ecotone between agriculture and animal husbandry in northern China, the air quality in summer and winter in large double-slope dairy cowhouses in the ecotone of agriculture and animal husbandry in western Inner Mongolia was monitored and evaluated. The results showed that the content of NH3 and the number of microbes in the summer and winter seasons were significantly higher than those in the outdoors (P <0.05) and the contents of CO2 in the greenhouse were significantly higher than those in the summer (P <0.05), but none of them exceeded the hygiene standards. Other air environment indicators are also in line with hygiene standards. This shows that the cowshed air environment in summer and winter can meet the needs of dairy cattle production in summer can enhance the cleaning of manure to reduce the production of microorganisms and NH3.
