在广泛调研和分析比较的基础上,提出了静止卫星消旋平台的热控方案设想。建议消旋平台蜂窝结构内部预埋热管;辐射器为碳纤维缠绕薄壁件,位于卫星的园柱段;太阳屏按绝热面要求。热管网络试件的真空热试验表明,采用热管的消旋平台热控方案技术上是可行的。
On the basis of extensive research and analysis and comparison, the idea of thermal control scheme for stationary satellite racemization platform is proposed. It is suggested that the heat pipe should be pre-embedded inside the honeycomb structure of the racemization platform. The radiator is a thin-walled carbon fiber wound component located on the column section of the satellite. The solar panel is required by the heat insulating surface. The vacuum heat test of the heat pipe network specimen shows that the heat control scheme of the racemic heat pipe using the heat pipe is technically feasible.
