采用高温固相反应法在1 300~1 350℃之间合成了B位缺位的5层类钙钛矿型铌酸盐Ba5Nb4O15。使用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等测试手段对样品的结构与形貌进行了表征。以紫外灯为光源、酸性红为对象进行光催化降解试验。结果表明:在1 350℃煅烧10 h可以合成纯度较高的Ba5Nb4O15,颗粒大小约为5~10μm,主要为片状。Ba5Nb4O15具有较好的催化性能,分析不同条件对降解的影响,发现当酸性红浓度为20 mg/L、催化剂浓度为0.3 g/L时,降解率最高。
A five-layered perovskite-type niobate Ba5Nb4O15 with no vacancy at position B was synthesized by high temperature solid-state reaction at 1 300-1 350 ℃. The structure and morphology of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). UV light as the light source, acid red for photocatalytic degradation experiments. The results show that Ba5Nb4O15 with high purity can be synthesized by calcination at 1 350 ℃ for 10 h. Ba5Nb4O15 has good catalytic performance. The effect of different conditions on degradation was analyzed. It was found that the highest degradation rate was obtained when the acid red concentration was 20 mg / L and the catalyst concentration was 0.3 g / L.
