本文对29例门控心肌断层的舒张末期(ED)和收缩末期(ES)图像进行了定性和定量分析,并与非门控断层进行了对比。结果显示前者的ED、ES图像发现的缺血和梗塞灶高于后者(P<0.001),ED图像可发现微小的心内膜下缺血灶。对左室收缩分数(LVCF)和室壁收缩厚度率(STR)的测定,发现两者可提供左室整体和局部的功能信息,使心肌灌注显像的临床应用得到扩展。
In this paper, qualitative and quantitative end-diastolic (ED) and end-systolic (ES) images of 29 patients with gated myocardium were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, and compared with non-gated faults. The results showed that the ED and ES images of the former showed higher levels of ischemia and infarction than those of the latter (P <0.001). ED subtle subendocardial lesions were found. Measurement of left ventricular systolic volume (LVCF) and ventricular wall thickness (STR) showed that both of them could provide global and regional left ventricular functional information, which could expand the clinical application of myocardial perfusion imaging.
