目的:建立同时测定更年舒丸中没食子酸、马钱苷、葛根素、阿魏酸、大黄素、大黄素甲醚含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC测定,Agilent C18色谱柱(ZORBAX,SB-AQ,4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.2%甲酸水,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L·min-1,柱温35℃,检测波长238 nm(马钱苷),270 nm(没食子酸、葛根素、大黄素、大黄素甲醚),320 nm(阿魏酸)。结果:6个成分的方法学考察均合格,阴性均无干扰,平均加样回收率为98.2%~103.2%,RSD 1.4%~1.9%。结论:该方法简便、准确、专属性强,为更年舒丸及其类似组方制剂的质量评价提供了研究基础。
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of gallic acid, loganin, puerarin, ferulic acid, emodin and physcion in Gengnianshu Pills. Method: The mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2% formic acid was eluted with an Agilent C18 column (ZORBAX, SB-AQ, 4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) using a gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 m L · min- The detection wavelength was 238 nm (loganin), 270 nm (gallic acid, puerarin, emodin, physcion) and 320 nm (ferulic acid) at 35 ℃. Results: The methodological study of the six components were qualified, the negative no interference, the average recovery was 98.2% ~ 103.2%, RSD 1.4% ~ 1.9%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and specific, which provides the basis for the quality evaluation of Gensimen and its similar prescriptions.
