在采煤工作面主要有五大工序,破煤、装煤、运煤、支护、处理采空区。炮采和普采工作面一般采用单体液压支柱、金属铰接顶梁支护顶板。当采煤工作面向前推进时,为了减轻采煤工作面支架的压力,维护好工作空间,保证生产正常进行和作业人员安全,必须处理采空区。现在多数采煤工作面采用全部垮落法处理采空区。采用单体液压支柱支护的采煤工作面处理采空区时,拔柱是必须进行的工序。为了降低职工的劳动强度,提高拔柱的安全性,对采煤工作面的拔柱进行了分析研究,设计了一种单体液压支柱拔柱器。
Coal mining face there are five major processes, breaking coal, coal, coal, support, handling goaf. Blasting mining and general mining face generally use single hydraulic props, metal hinged roof beam support roof. When coal mining work forward, in order to reduce the pressure of coal mining face support, maintain a good working space, to ensure the normal production and safety of workers, must deal with goaf. Most coal mining operations now use the full caving method to deal with goafs. Adopting single hydraulic prop supporting coal working face to deal with gob area, pulling column is a must process. In order to reduce the labor intensity of workers and enhance the safety of pulling columns, the pulling columns of coal mining face were analyzed and studied, and a single hydraulic strut pulling device was designed.
