目的研究分析自动滴定法与手动滴定法测定药品含量的差异。方法 2016年10月通过用自动滴定法和手动滴定法测定我所的阿司匹林、苯甲酸钠、烟酸片、维生素B6、维C银翘片、盐酸左旋咪唑、尼莫地平片、氯化钠注射液8种药品,并进行F检验和t检验分析两种滴定方法的差异性,结合RSD值的计算确定精密度。结果自动滴定法和手动滴定法测定阿司匹林、苯甲酸钠、烟酸片、维生素B6、维C银翘片、盐酸左旋咪唑、尼莫地平片、氯化钠注射液8种药品对比差异不明显,而自动滴定法测定药品的精密度和手动滴定法比较,明显较高,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论药品含量测定应用自动滴定法精密度高,值得药品检验推广应用。 Objective To study and analyze the differences between the automatic titration and the manual titration in the determination of the drug content.
