自动滴定法与手动滴定法测定药品含量的差异性研究

目的研究分析自动滴定法与手动滴定法测定药品含量的差异。方法 2016年10月通过用自动滴定法和手动滴定法测定我所的阿司匹林、苯甲酸钠、烟酸片、维生素B6、维C银翘片、盐酸左旋咪唑、尼莫地平片、氯化钠注射液8种药品,并进行F检验和t检验分析两种滴定方法的差异性,结合RSD值的计算确定精密度。结果自动滴定法和手动滴定法测定阿司匹林、苯甲酸钠、烟酸片、维生素B6、维C银翘片、盐酸左旋咪唑、尼莫地平片、氯化钠注射液8种药品对比差异不明显,而自动滴定法测定药品的精密度和手动滴定法比较,明显较高,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论药品含量测定应用自动滴定法精密度高,值得药品检验推广应用。 Objective To study and analyze the differences between the automatic titration and the manual titration in the determination of the drug content. Methods In October 2016, we measured aspirin, sodium benzoate, niacin tablets, vitamin B6, vitamin C Yinqiao tablets, levamisole hydrochloride, nimodipine tablets and sodium chloride injection by automatic titration and manual titration 8 drugs, and F test and t test analysis of the difference between the two titration methods, combined with the calculation of RSD value to determine the precision. Conclusion Determination of drug content using automatic titration high precision, it is worth to promote the application of drug testing.
