目的:建立了毛细管电泳-紫外检测法同时测定黄芪注射液中香草酸、阿魏酸、绿原酸含量的方法。方法:以30 mmol/L硼砂缓冲溶液(pH9.24)为电泳介质,检测波长为285 nm,分离电压为15 kV,进样时间20 s,峰面积定量。结果:香草酸、阿魏酸和绿原酸分别在0.4μg/ml~130.0μg/ml(R=0.9997)、0.8μg/ml~130.0μg/ml(R=0.9991)和1.0μg/ml~240.0μg/ml(R=0.9989)范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限分别为0.12μg/ml、0.28μg/ml和0.31μg/ml,加标回收率均在95%以上。结论:该方法样品预处理简单,无需预富集,分离效果好,可用于实际样品的分析。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of vanillic acid, ferulic acid and chlorogenic acid in Astragalus injection by capillary electrophoresis with ultraviolet detection. Methods: The electrophoresis medium was 30 mmol / L borax buffer (pH9.24), the detection wavelength was 285 nm, the separation voltage was 15 kV and the injection time was 20 s. The peak area was quantified. Results: Vanillic acid, ferulic acid and chlorogenic acid were in the range of 0.4μg / ml ~ 130.0μg / ml (R = 0.9997), 0.8μg / ml ~ 130.0μg / ml μg / ml (R = 0.9989). The detection limits were 0.12μg / ml, 0.28μg / ml and 0.31μg / ml, respectively. The recovery rates were above 95%. Conclusion: The method of sample pretreatment is simple, without pre-enrichment, the separation effect is good, can be used for the actual sample analysis.
