本文报告了稀土硝酸盐对恒河猴的毒性实验及其吸收、分布与排泄的研究。结果表明,急性经口灌胃属低毒范围。静脉注射后有抗凝血和溶血作用,20mg/kg的剂量对肝、肾有明显毒性作用。静脉染毒后,血液动力学模型为三室开放模型,在肝、脾内有蓄积。经口染毒血液浓度属单室模型,无明显蓄积作用。经口饲喂90天,最大无作用剂量为100mg/kg,饲喂90天后,脏器内稀土含量仅占总摄入量的百万分之几。由于消化道吸收少,未见明显毒性作用。
