静电粉末喷涂工艺是我国“七五”期间重点推广的新技术之一,该技术同喷漆工艺相比,具有低毒、低污染、低能耗、低成本的优点,因而可用来代替喷漆加工工艺。本文作者根据在上海召开的“全国粉末涂料喷涂应用技术大型座谈会”和“全国粉末涂料涂装应用展览”会议情况,简要地介绍我国静电粉末涂装工艺的发展状况,并介绍了静电粉末喷涂设备及粉末涂料的发展。 Electrostatic powder coating technology is one of the key technologies popularized in China during the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” period. Compared with the painting process, the electrostatic powder coating technology has the advantages of low toxicity, low pollution, low energy consumption and low cost, and thus can be used instead of the paint spray process. The author briefly introduced the development of electrostatic powder coating technology in China according to the “National Symposium on Application of Powder Coating Technology” and “National Application Exhibition of Powder Coating Technology” held in Shanghai. The article also introduced the electrostatic powder coating Equipment and powder coating development.
