非法移民这种跨国犯罪活动既有非法移民国内“蛇头”的蛊惑、诱骗,也有外国犯罪集团的幕后组织、操纵。当前呈现团伙国际化、人员专业化、组织严密化、流向多样化、手段科技化等特点。各国都采用了各种打击和防范偷渡犯罪的有效的措施方法。本文对各国采用的措施进行介绍,以其服务于我国侦查实践。 Illegal immigrants such trans-national criminal activities both illegally immigrants domestic “snakehead” bewitching, luring, there are foreign criminal groups behind the organization and manipulation. Various countries have adopted various effective measures to combat and prevent illegal immigrants. This article introduces the measures adopted by various countries and serves the investigation practice in our country.
