这里电解着色指交流电解着色法,也称二段电解着色法或浅田法。优点是着色古朴、典雅,并具良好的耐光、耐热,耐磨和耐蚀性。适用于铝建材、车辆、家具及五金零件等表面处理。而以在建材上着古铜及赤褐色应用最为广泛。着古铜色可使用镍盐、着赤褐色可使用铜盐电解液。这些电解液性能稳定,着色性能良好。但缺点是着深色时易发生氧化膜的剥落和击穿问题。
