针对煤矿660 V电压特点,对二极管箝位型(NPC)三电平结构作为主拓扑的矿用隔爆型SVG补偿无功原理进行了研究,在此基础上对控制器设计中因滤波和数字处理器等环节引起控制闭环时间延迟影响自身功率的现象进行了分析;通过与建模补偿法补偿时间延迟的比较,提出了通过补偿电流环的方法减小无功。试验结果表明通过补偿电流环的方法保证自身单位功率因数的方法简单有效,同时保证了无功补偿效果更好。
According to the characteristics of voltage of 660 V in coal mine, the principle of compensating reactive power of mine explosion-proof SVG with diode-clamped (NPC) three-level structure as main topology is studied. Based on this, Processor and other aspects of the control closed-loop delay caused by the impact of their own power of the phenomenon were analyzed; modeling and compensation method to compensate for the time delay compared to the proposed method of compensation by the current loop to reduce reactive power. The test results show that the method of compensating the current loop to ensure its own unit power factor is simple and effective, while ensuring that the reactive power compensation effect is better.
