59例ATP治疗联合绝经保健对绝经期患者生活质量改善的临床研究

目的:探析ATP红外线生物治疗仪治疗联合绝经保健对绝经期患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取本院于2014年4月~2016年8月收治的59例绝经期伴有阴道干涩患者为观察组,选取同期于本院接受治疗的围绝经期未伴阴道干涩患者为对照组。两组患者均给予绝经期保健干预,对照组患者给予阴道雌三醇乳膏外用配以替勃龙口服治疗,观察组患者在绝经保健干预的基础上增加ATP红外线生物治疗仪治疗,对干预后两组患者的生活质量及情绪状态进行对比分析。结果:经干预后,观察组患者的躯体功能、社会功能、物质功能和心理功能各项生活质量评分较干预前均明显改善,且明显优于对照组(P<0.05);经干预后,观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对绝经期患者实施ATP红外线生物治疗仪联合保健护理干预,可缓解患者绝经期的负面情绪,同时可改善患者绝经期的疾病症状,提升患者的生活质量。 Objective: To explore the effect of ATP infrared biotherapy device on the quality of life of menopause patients in combination with menopausal health care. Methods: Fifty-nine patients with vaginal dryness treated in our hospital from April 2014 to August 2016 were selected as the observation group. Patients in the perimenopausal period without vaginal dryness treated in our hospital were selected as the control group. The two groups of patients were given menopausal health interventions, the control group of patients given vaginal estriol cream topical with tibolone oral treatment, the observation group of patients with menopausal health intervention based on the increase of ATP infrared biological treatment of treatment, after intervention The quality of life and emotional status of two groups of patients were compared. Results: After intervention, the scores of physical quality, social function, physical function and mental function in observation group were significantly improved than those before intervention (P <0.05), and after intervention, The anxiety and depression scores of the patients in the group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions: The implementation of ATP infrared biotherapy combined with health care intervention in postmenopausal patients can alleviate the negative emotions of patients during menopause and improve the symptoms of patients during menopause and improve the quality of life of patients.
