针对轧钢现场板坯加热过程中对多点测量升温曲线的需求,设计了以MSP430F149单片机为核心的多路实时数据采集存储系统,利用单片机内部的ADC转换模块,结合外部传感器和变送单元,实现了板坯升温过程多点温度数据的采集,并将数据以文本的方式存储在外部SD存储卡中,用于结合材料特性进行工艺过程分析。该系统具有硬件电路简单、功耗低、工作稳定、可移植性强等特点,可广泛用于各种多路温度信号的数据采集。
In order to meet the demand of multi-point temperature measurement curve during slab heating, a multi-channel real-time data acquisition and storage system based on MSP430F149 is designed. By using the ADC conversion module inside the single chip microcomputer and combining with external sensor and transmitter, Multi-point temperature data acquisition process of slab heating, and the data stored in text mode on an external SD memory card, used in conjunction with the material characteristics of the process analysis. The system has the characteristics of simple hardware circuit, low power consumption, stable operation and strong portability. It can be widely used for data acquisition of various multi-channel temperature signals.
