采用SMIC0.13μm CMOS工艺,设计了一种低功耗的鉴频鉴相器和电荷泵电路。其中电荷泵采用与电源电压无关的基准电流源电路,引入运算放大器和共源共栅电流镜电路,实现了电荷泵充放电电流的高度匹配。后仿真结果表明,在1.2V电源电压下,电荷泵的输出电压在[0.18,1.12]V范围内时,CP的充放电电流为100μA,电流失配率为0.08%。鉴频鉴相器和电荷泵电路的总功耗为1.4mW。
Using SMIC0.13μm CMOS technology, a low-power phase-frequency detector and charge pump circuit are designed. Among them, the charge pump adopts the reference current source circuit which has nothing to do with the power supply voltage, and introduces the operational amplifier and the cascode current mirror circuit to realize the high matching of the charge pump discharge current. The post-simulation results show that the charge-discharge current of CP is 100μA and the current mismatch rate is 0.08% when the output voltage of the charge pump is within [0.18,1.12] V at 1.2V supply voltage. The total power consumption of the phase frequency detector and charge pump circuit is 1.4mW.
